Every level includes some accounts, and you can add up to ten more, priced by how often that level checks them: $29 a month each on Starter, $45 on Growth, $125 on Scale and above. Your level is still set by spend, so extra accounts never move you up the ladder, and one account that matters can always take a higher level than its spend requires.
