Terms of Service

What the service does

Orchadstrate reads data from the Google Ads accounts you connect and adjusts campaign daily budgets on your behalf, within limits you set. It does nothing else to your account: it does not create or pause campaigns, change bids, edit ads or keywords, or alter targeting.

Your account

You must be authorised to act on the Google Ads accounts you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under it.

Automated budget changes — read this one

The service changes your daily budgets automatically when you enable it.

• Nothing changes during your trial. Automated changes begin only once you subscribe and switch them on, and both are required.
• You set the limits: how far a budget may move in one step, the performance thresholds required before a budget is increased, for the account or for a single campaign, and a monthly spend cap.
• You can disable automation for a single campaign or for the whole account at any time, and the effect is immediate.
• Every change is logged with its reason.

You remain responsible for your advertising spend. We take reasonable care, and the controls above exist so that you set the boundaries — but you are the advertiser, the money is yours, and you should monitor your account.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any particular advertising result, level of spend, cost per acquisition, or return. Budget pacing is not a guarantee of performance.

The service depends on the Google Ads API. If Google changes, restricts or withdraws that access, features may stop working. We will tell you if that happens.

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-periods unless the law requires it.

If payment fails we will retry and email you. If it stays unpaid, automated changes are suspended before access is removed — we will not keep changing budgets on an account we are no longer being paid to manage.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or puts the service or the Google Ads API at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first.

On closure, automation stops immediately. Your budgets remain wherever they were last set — closing your account does not reset them, so check them.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost advertising opportunity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
